Fall Saturday

Last Saturday we had a great day! We started at Jack and Nick's soccer game and then went to a pumpkin patch to search for the perfect pumpkin. Then it was home for a quick nap and off again to the Nelson's for pumpkin carving.

Little did we know that we already had the perfect pumpkin!

Mary Katherine createred her first "masterpiece" the other day. You could say she took finger painting to a new level.

Still a Little Girl

MK had her 18 month check-up this morning and for those of you wondering, she is still a very petite girl for her age. She weighs 21 lbs and is just over 29 inches tall. Which places her in the 10th percentile for weight and not even on the chart for height. She might be a little short like her mother...

She is talking up a storm! We can't understand anything she is saying; but she has a lot to say these days. She is very good at acting things out if she really wants us to know what she is talking about. Usually she just wants us to put her shoes on so she can go outside to play. She continues to be a happy, playful, and loving little girl.
