More Weekend Pictures

Look who can stand on her own. We think walking isn't too far away!

New Pals

We had playdate today with MK's newest pal JR. We had so much fun and we can't wait for our next date. JR is about two weeks younger than MK...look how much bigger he is. He is such a cute and happy boy!!

Winter Day at the Zoo

It was such a beautiful January day yesterday so we decided to go to the zoo. It was MK's first trip to the zoo and she was very interested in the animals. The elephants, birds and giraffe were among her favorites. We bumped into some friends of ours, the Corbally's, at the bird show. It was such a nice surprise to spend some time with them at the zoo.

Giving Kisses

Mary Katherine loves to give big wet kisses lately. Mommy and Daddy are often recipients, but her favorite person to kiss is the baby that lives in the dishwasher. MK thinks the baby is very pretty!

Mary Katherine at 9+ Months

Wow how time is flying by...We are almost 10 months into MK's first year and she is growing up so quickly. She weighs 17 lbs and is around 26 ins. tall now. A big girl to us, but still quite small when compared to other kids her age. She is standing up to everything in our house and furniture surfing. She stood on her own without holding on to anything for the first time this weekend. She is finally clapping. We started music class last Thursday and loved it. She has 3 teeth showing and another that has broken through. MK keeps us busy and very, very happy!

Christmas in January

We had a quick visit with my grandparents from Ohio last week. We had such a nice time and they got to spend some fun time with Mary Katherine.
We're taking MK up to the farm in June for her first visit. I'm very excited for our trip!

Visiting Friends

Last week MK and I went down to Florida to visit some close friends. We had such a nice time and the weather was great!! She was sad to leave as you can see she enjoyed A. Jacks and Libby very much!
